Pizza sauce
1 12 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato past
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
lightly salt
4 garlic cloves diced and browned in olive oil
Basil to taste about a Tbs
Italian seasoning to taste about a Tbs
Oregano to taste about a Tbs
mix all together and simmer until thick about an hour
You want this sauce spicier than pasta sauce.

be careful and do not put too much on.
now for the cheese I use the cheapest mozzarella cheese and add Parmesan I then put as much as I can on the pizza. Oh YA....

(The Italian way is mostly tomato sauce little toppings and little cheese and top with olive oil on a very thin crust, that is really good also and better for you.)

Preheat oven to 425
place in center rack
about 15-18 minutes.
keep a close eye on the pizza, You spent a lot of time on it DON'T BURN IT......
