Pizza Dough makes 3-12 inch pizza crusts
2cups water
4 tsp dry yeast
5 1/4 cups flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1. Place water, sugar, salt, and yeast in mixing bowl and mix let set until yeast start to foam
2. Start adding flour and need until dough is not sticky and it is nice and soft about 7-10 minutes.
3. Move oven rack to lowest position, heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheets pat dough into 12 inch circles on cookie sheet. Add your favorite toppings. 4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust edge is nicely brown. 3 pizza crusts
